I print and ship
Your item is printed, checked and shipped by USPS with tracking, usually within 3-5 business days.
Custom prints
Have a 3D file but no printer, or need a part designed? I print in PLA on an Elegoo Centauri Carbon with a 4-color multicolor unit, with up to 4 colors in one print and a build volume of 256 x 256 x 256 mm (bigger items are split into parts).

Examples: a 100 g / 6 h part is about $24.40; a small 50 g / 3 h part hits the $19 minimum. Raw PLA, supports removed, no painting. I only print files you designed, bought with a license that allows paid printing, or that are otherwise licensed for it. PLA isn't for hot places (cars, near engines) or long outdoor sun.
How custom orders work
- Email me your file (STL/3MF/STEP) or a description with measurements and photos.
- I slice it and reply with an exact quote: grams, print time, colors, shipping. Usually within a day.
- You pay the quote in full via PayPal, then I print.

Hi, I'm Nicholas. I run NozzleSmith, a small US 3D printing shop. I design my own products in parametric CAD, so I can resize, personalize and recolor them, and I print everything myself in PLA on an Elegoo Centauri Carbon with a 4-color multicolor unit.
The goal is simple: useful, good-looking prints that are made well and shipped fast. If something isn't right, email me and I'll fix it.

Shipping, payment & returns
Payment
All orders are paid 100% upfront through PayPal (cards accepted via PayPal guest checkout). Printing starts once payment clears. Prices are in US dollars.
Processing time
Everything is made to order. Standard items ship in 3-5 business days. Custom jobs: 3-5 business days for small and medium prints, 7-14 days for large multi-part jobs. I'll email you a tracking number.
US shipping
$5.95 flat per order via USPS Ground Advantage (tracked), plus $1.00 for each additional unit of the same item.
International shipping
I ship worldwide from the US via USPS First-Class Package International Service: $24.95 flat for one item (+$5.00 per additional unit). For large or multi-item orders, email me for an exact quote first. Import duties, VAT and customs fees are paid by the buyer.
Damaged or misprinted?
If an item arrives broken or with a print defect, email a photo within 14 days and I'll reprint it free. Because items are made to order (and often personalized), I can't accept returns for change of mind.
Care
PLA is sturdy for everyday indoor use but softens around 55 °C (130 °F). Keep prints out of hot cars and long direct summer sun. Not food-safe or dishwasher-safe.
